Jack Brown
General Manager
Jack Brown is a 5th generation real estate broker with over 20 years of experience driving new levels of transaction efficiency, team unification, and overall agency success. Jack holds extensive expertise in real estate sales, real estate brokerage management, real estate investment, opportunity underwriting, property management, 1031 exchange consulting, acquisitions, exit strategy planning, and portfolio analysis. In addition, he is passionate about not only positioning his clients and other agents for competitive market success, but doing so all while propelling various larger-picture community initiatives forward.
With real estate in his family since 1922, it became the catalyst for Jack to become a licensed agent in 2003 at age 18. Though part of this ambition comes from a desire to follow the family tradition, it is also largely correlated to Jack’s integrity-driven nature and deep ardency to help others in large ways. Jack is a past president of the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors, a graduate from the Michigan Realtors Leadership Academy, and currently serves on the board of the Michigan Ability Partners.

With a passion for real estate and a commitment to exceptional service, Jamilynn has been helping clients navigate the property market since 2021. As a licensed REALTOR and experienced property manager, she understands the intricacies of buying, selling, and managing properties. In addition to being a real estate sales professional, Jamilynn is also a skilled property manager.
She understands the unique challenges that come with managing properties and is passionate about helping property owners maximize their investments. From tenant screening and lease agreements to property maintenance and financial management, Jamilynn's attention to detail and dedication to excellence ensure that properties are well-maintained and owners can enjoy a hassle-free experience.
Connor Calaway
Maintenance Supervisor
Connor is responsible for ensuring the safety, maintenance, equipment, and overall needs of our residents and properties. With seven years experience in home renovations and property management, Connor brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Connor has a broad depth of experience, from working on million dollar homes in the Rocky Mountains to smaller single family homes and apartments in the midwest. Connor oversees our entire maintenance division and ensures that we respond in a timely fashion to residents requests as well as being proactive in maintaining your properties. Connor is passionate about building and maintaining relationships and he is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our clients.
